Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
The only exception is a genuine emergency requiring hospitalization. In this case, the cancellation fee may be waived if appropriate documentation confirming the hospitalization is provided.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
Children & Pets Policy
We absolutely love children and pets! However, for everyone’s safety, children and pets are not permitted in the manicure room while a service is being performed.
During your appointment, your nail technician works with sharp and potentially dangerous tools, including high-speed e-file bits and professionally sharpened scissors. These tools can cause serious injury if a child or pet unexpectedly moves or reaches toward the working area. Your safety and the safety of your little ones are extremely important to us!
If you arrive for your appointment with a child or pet without notifying us in advance, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge the $50 cancellation fee.
If a client insists on bringing or keeping a child or pet inside the manicure room despite this safety policy, the client assumes responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur as a result of the child’s or pet’s presence in the work area.
We kindly ask you to be considerate of your children and pets and make appropriate arrangements for them during your appointment. If accompanied, they may wait in the designated reception/waiting area, provided they can remain safely supervised and do not enter the manicure room.
